Issue description
The medal for saving V.A. Ovsyenko base currently don't work. I've tried several times and each way different.

1) Only stayed in Ovsyenko and ran fuel to the southern base and fueling up there and not get awarded the medal.

2) Take all bonus objectives including Gorky's brother (even saving the dying guys on the floor as I'm a perfectionist like that) still fail the medal.

3) Make sure the terminal is always occupied by someone throughout the mission and leaving all the monkey men in there when i need to finish the mission.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Play the mission through with/without doing bonus objectives and medal will not be awarded.

That's quite strange because I cannot for the life of me get it. I'll document in further when i get the time to record the whole mission and upload in high speed.

Just and update. I just ran the mission again and got all the Medals. However the mission ended extremely prematurely and forced me to start the "Fox Hole" without Vehicles.

I'm not sure what to do about this. Just reading through the code hoping to find "something" is hopeless. I need some clues.
