Issue description
OW editor does not start on W8.1

On system Windows 8.1, I can not run OW Editor. After selecting the modification, Windows will report that the program has stopped working, and throws an error, which appears that is constantly repeated, I must manually shut down the program.

Note: In previous versions of the game (before 1.12.10.12) editor worked quite well.

Steps to reproduce this issue
Application Error Exception EAccessViolation in module ow_editor.exe at 0027532B. Acces violation at adres 0067532B in module 'ow_editor.exe'. Read of address 00000008.

The addresses don't point to anything that would narrow it down. There have been no graphical changes in 1.12.10.12 .
