Issue description
John acts like Joan died at Gamma based in Natural Born Heroes, even if she actually died on the mission From the Future with Love.

This could be the leftover for some plans Altar had but never realized. The only way Joan can be dead in Am08 (Natural Born Heroes) is for her to die in Am06 (From Future With Love). But the dialogue played in Am08 if she is dead corresponds to if she survived Am06 but was somehow killed while staying at Gamma. I'm actually a little surprised that there is no dialogue in Am06 if Joan dies. Unless someone can think of a reason why she should die while in Gamma (based on the player's actions in mission Am06 and/or Am07) I'm inclined to disable the dialogue entirely if she is dead.

Joan is in Gamma from the beginning of Am08 so the dialogue is probably intended for playing if she dies before JMM arrives (what's the odds for that...). Disabled the dialogues about her if she was killed in Am06.
