Issue description
In editor it's in SAIL bookmark. I think it's purpose were to write coordinates of hexes, which you click on map, to SAIL. I've never got how it works or if it even works.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Enable "Set points on Ctrl+Shift+Click" and try to click on hexes with shortcut down, nothing happens in SAIL.

It works perfectly fine. You need to have the SAIL Window open and at least 1 SAIL Source Code file open.
