Issue description
I'm playing on 1920x1080 and if there's enough active units (3+), if you select the one on the far right of the UI and unselect him, the green "selected" border stays around the portrait, even though the unit is not selected anymore.
Steps to reproduce this issue
- Set resolution to 1920x1080 - Select and unselect all units

Resolution just needs to be wider than 1024x768. Its a known issue with the scaling bit of the UI.

OpenGL Renderer does not have this issue. DD Renderer is no longer being updated (It will have major bugs fixed but not minor visual ones)

The issue was updated with the following change(s):
