Issue description
When I changed FacePanel.tga then I got this: facepanelicon_open_new.png

  • (New texture with old fragments).
Steps to reproduce this issue
  • Edit FacePanel.tga and check result in game.

Did you save it with the same colour depth? This doesn't look like an error with the game but an error made with the saving of the tga when it was modified.
