Issue description
I don't know what is the reason, i've disabled everything on your config executable, only resolution is 1024x768 in fullscreen. Game is unplayable in such situation. Even on main menu it's running at 8 FPS. Also the same frame rate without FPS counter.

My rig:

TOSHIBA Satellite L850D (notebook)

Operating System
	Windows 8.1 Single Language 64-bit
CPU
	AMD A10-4600M
	Trinity 32nm Technology
RAM
	8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-12-28)
Motherboard
	AMD PLCSC8 (Socket FT1)
Graphics
	Generic PnP Monitor (1366x768@60Hz)
512MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7660G (Toshiba)
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7610M (Toshiba)
	CrossFire Disabled
Storage
	596GB TOSHIBA MK6475GSX (SATA)	39 °C
Optical Drives
	TSSTcorp CDDVDW SN-208AB
Audio

Ah also, in Region and Language options at Control Panel, i'm using Japanese language support for applications.
Steps to reproduce this issue
I don't know how to fix this. You have to find a way. In that case i already regret to pay $1 for your game on Steam (since it's 2,10 bucks in my country).

You could fix this problem with using the customres and window parameters (on the OwarFull.exe's shortcut or in game properties on Steam.

Also, you could try downloading the wine libraries (posted on steam in guides section) but I heard it could cause some problems.

Windows 8 doesn't support Direct Draw (Which Original War uses for the graphics). In fullscreen mode it gives a poor framerate for most people. Windowed mode however seems to work fine.

Anyone with low FPS should use 2.0.1.1 as a minimum and use OpenGL as the renderer.
