Issue description
I first came across the issue with the new update on steam.

I completed mission AM13 and immediately got the blue screen error, now im getting the same problem on all missions with the camera symbol to the left of them.

I re-installed the game and upgraded the patches to the latest of the OW support site, with the same effect.
Steps to reproduce this issue
complete mission with ending video or start mission with video component (except mission opening video)

Try the newest patch release: http://forum.stucuk.net/viewtopic.php?t=2613 (1.12.10.1 RC1) - this hotfix is solving the problem with 1.12.9 movie crashes.

I did try the latest patch, and still got the same error, considering the patch notes it stumped me.

It ends soo quickly so not 100%, but it looked like a stack overflow error I think.

either way when W7 restarts the error log says the error type was "bluescreen", i can get you the log for that if you need it?

I am just wondering what exactly is crashing. Graphics Drivers, Network Drivers, etc. Blue Screen's are caused by Critical drivers failing. Apart from the movie bug with 1.12.9 (And maybe some 1.12.8 builds) there have not been any changes to the movies in any build after 1.12.7 .

P.S have you tried running OW in a window?

Running it in fullscreen, i have uploaded the bluescreen message, which basically says nothing Just to clarify, this is a steam version, with the latest patch.

just now checked windowed mode, this seemed to fix the issue.
