Issue description
Sand of Siberia has a new positions of icons. It is loading when game is starting, not when mission is loading. For example, if you are running OW and after u r changing mod by game, you have old positions, BUT if you run Settings > Choose mod, u have new positions.

I loaded Sand of Siberia by Settings and after changed to Default, I had new positions from mod.

It takes all of changed values (e.g. attack values of vehicles) from the mod which was loaded as first, so you can buff Arabian and American vehicles and nerf Russian. It allows you can play very hard and unbalanced missions (or do a blitzkrieg on every base in 15th mission with just Burlak in Masha :D). I think about repairing it by forcing refresh of /Data with every change of mod.

Can you just change that, or no? smileys/2.png

I, personally, can't because the only people here who has the ability to repair this problem are the ones who has the source code, namely Stucuk and Radzio. I'm just suggesting the way to fix that
