Issue description
Quite an annoying bug that has been there for a long time

Basically, OW has 2 'pop up' style yellow boxes that inform you what each section of the chat is for

1) "Messages from other players appear here"

2) "Type messages to other players here"

Bug is that on rare occasions the first message does not dissapear once you take the cursor out of the chat area; on all occasions it has ALWAYS been the first message that refused to dissapear, I cannot recall the second one not dissapearing (or maybe because it caused little obstruction it did not bother me)

I have a very blunt idea of what causes it; if I find out I will add the information in; but this bug is there definitely

Fixed in SGUI
