Issue description
When playing 14a "Think Tank" in the Russian campaign, Burlak's dialogue early in the mission either isn't voiced or doesn't match the text.

This issue is specific only to the RU version of 14a - Burlak's lines are voiced and match the text in the American version. JMM's lines are fine in both versions.
Steps to reproduce this issue
1. Start RU14a and listen to Burlak's lines in the Freedom base. 2. Listen to Burlak's lines after transition to the mission map.

There were several discrepancies where Burlak's spoken dialogue matched Am14a instead of Ru14a. One I didn't change (D2-Bur-2) because the content would conflict with earlier dialogues. Dialogues missing voice I can't do anything about, unfortunately.
