Issue description
There is a bug in RU08 mission - it shows 26 buildings to construct while there is only 16
Steps to reproduce this issue
Every time I play that mission, no mather is it new campain or old one. Patch 3.0.12.339

This bug is fixed in 3.0.12.341 and higher
