Issue description
Changing your game settings in the laucnher causes undefined behaviour.
Steps to reproduce this issue
When you launch Owar.exe and change your resolution to 1980 x 1080 in the settings, the game crashes with error

When changing it to other resolutions it can do stuff like changing your display language and such.

Fixed in 3.0.9.278 and higher
