Issue description
Patch : 1.12.10.13

Sometimes during the scouting phase of RU11 mission, when you building a base for bulldozers production, scouting soldiers die from American turrets.

It happens to me several times on highest difficulty settings.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Load up RU11 - Beta base attack mission
