Issue description
When OW checks that a client joining a multiplayer game has the right mod it does it in a case sensitive way meaning that "MYMOD" and "mymod" are considered to be different mods.
Steps to reproduce this issue
run host with "mod mymod" run client with "mod MYMOD"
