Issue description
The units that are in barracks can keep attacking the enemy troops even if the building is low hp (red health bar) and only if the exit is blocked by something.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Create a barracks. Place soldiers inside. Block the exit of the building with a vehicle (for instance a crane). Have an enemy side attack the building until it reaches low hp (red health bar). The units can't exit the barracks and keep attacking from the inside of it.

I wouldn't mark this as a bug. If you are fast enough, you can repair the armoury and people will stay inside. If not, they will leave as soon as they can, or the building will explode very soon. The adventage it gives is such a small, that I wouldn't mind it.

I got into a situation where I could maintain my barracks in red hp for a long time while I was being attacked. It was very ridiculous, and in this scenario I believe it should be fixed.
