Issue description
We have a problem with freezing he game. This map has been turned off by AI every time so they do not get any commands so the units are practically just mapped and do nothing (except for the start of the start)

In multiplayers is dropping FPS a lot. It goes to 7 FPS (OGL), Gravitr down to 30FPS (DD).

In single player works better, but it is not yet best(me 20 FPS)

It's best cool in Editor (me 27 FPS)

But with AI, it can not be playeble in multiplayers. Single is still good and editor is best. But (mybe) onty the render is freezing, because all everyting else is running fain at the given time, I mean what's going on, the movement of the units, their reactions, etc.

Steps to reproduce this issue
Release the map in multiplayer, single, and in the editor.

New WIP version is optimized, So this problem is solved.
