Issue description
When Sound.StopAll was called in the source code if a sound was added to the sound system before it had stopped all sounds it would also stop the newly added sound.
Steps to reproduce this issue
None an average user can do.

Sound System now sleeps the main thread until its finished stopping all sounds.
