Issue description
Please add some descriptions for functions because somebody can't know what that numbers can mean. Like in this function: AddComPlaceDelayedCharge(a,b,c, 521, 777, 448); Thx for your attention.

Its a new system. Everything has a separate file under \SAIL\ident\ . One for usage and one for description. Usage is auto-generated if its file is empty.
