Issue description
If McMillan discovers siberite detection in am09, (at least if he is in the lab as a scientist) he will explain the new technology to himself.

I think this happens in all languages, I've played it both Spanish and English.

PD: I also wanted to report a small typo in the first mission (am01) in Spanish: In the medal screen, the medal for "Cyrus Parker saved" in Spanish says "Cyrus Parkera a salvo" but it should be "Cyrus Parker a salvo". It's so small that I wouldn't call it a bug.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Discover siberite detection with McMillan in the lab (as a scientist)
