Issue description
Currently, campaign loading screens are displayed very shortly, since we all have fast modern processors. You can't read map briefing then. Once map loads, loading screen shouldn't dissappear until key is pressed or mouse clicked. "Press any key to start" text could be displayed on the botom, where map stuff texts are showed.
