Issue description
I remember doing this mission on 1.09 without problems.

Nowadays however the time restriction to capture the American base is very severe, like never before. You have about a minute to capture the american base else you're not awarded the medal (could be something to do with timing).

Game says you took ages to capture the base.

Without building a base with a single breastwork aiding in troop removal, you have no chance of gaining this medal.
