Issue description
Option to load an interrupted game made via Save & Quit is not working as intended.

After selecting Campaign in Main Menu a prompt appears to continue interrupted campaign. After selecting it a window with only "Default" option is shown.

Clicking Load takes the user back to the Main Menu and restarts the background music, while the "Do you wish to load an interrupted game" text is behind the menu.

If the user chooses to cancel loading a game, the continue interrupted campaign prompt is still on the screen, behind the menu and non-functional.

Note that the player's username is different from "Default".

Reproduction rate: 10/10
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Boot OW.
  2. Start a new campaign.
  3. During the game use the Save & Quit option.
  4. Reboot OW.
  5. From the main menu choose the Campaign option and Load in the next window.
  6. Notice the game not starting the the corrupted main menu.
