Issue description
Quite an old bug; if you lose your depot/warehouse but have a lab and you want to do some researching, here's what happens:

  • If you try to research technology requiring power it will not proceed and show NO POWER icon above the building - that's Correct.


  • If you try to research basic technology that doesnt require any power, it will research and show NO POWER icon above the building - Incorrect, the NO POWER icon should not be visible.
