Issue description
Section 2.8.1 of the help menu

Section 2.8.2 of the help menu

Incorrect bulldozer icon (US instead of RU)

Incorrect cargo icon (US instead of RU)

Incorrect Long-range rocket colour (Blue instead of Red)

Section 2.8.3 of the help menu

Within the Engine section, only Combustion and Solar are presented; Siberite engine is missing (that includes vehicle used for presentation, but pretty sure its in the game files.)
