Issue description
This issue has been there all times. One of the characters, namely:

Olga N. Kapitsowa

.. doesn't have a female voice. This character is always dubbed by a male. Main missions where this can be heard is RU08 and RU15. I cannot say if there are any more missions where this occurs.

Perhaps this voice was meant for some other character.

EDIT: I know which character should have this voice.

Dr Lazar L. Dolgov

Voice mentions a male scientist that needs a break in RU08, Only Scientist without a specific voice is Dr Lazar L. Dolgov. Code would need to be changed as well co accomodate for another character speaking, mainly: Dr Lazar L. Dolgov would need to take a break, not Olga N. Kapitsowa.

However IF English and Czech versions are fine this would ruin their release, so its just the line spoken that would need changed in that case within the polish locale.

RU15 has a final speech spoken in this voice as well, Dr Lazar L. Dolgov is MISSING in this mission - this character would need to be put back in, and this voice affiliated with him.

I've mentioned the missing characters bug on this bug tracker as well.

EDIT2: I am 100% definite that Olga N. Kapitsowa has few other lines in other missions, but I forgot which

EDIT3: Czech version is fine, it is just the polish locale that had a man do the lines for a female character...

To improve the Polish locale, I suggest just giving Dr Lazar L. Dolgov lines of Olga N. Kapitsowa

All the lines in the game by that character are science related; both characters are scientists.

Someone screwed voice coordination up somewhere :P The problem is not easily fixed, tho, because in-game (in SAIL) you can't detect what locale is the current locale. So you can't give Lazar Olag's lines in the Polish version and don't in all other.

Without someone re-recording the lines with a female voice nothing can be done. You can't have it being one person in one locale and another in another locale.

Czech dubbing isn't perfect, one string is missing :P
