Issue description
Whilst playing RU15 I've noticed a bug with siberium bomb

Game version 2.0.3.5

The condition should be, IF a factory has Siberium & Rocket extensions then you can build a siberium bomb. This is true for a vehicle, but you can equip a turrent with a siberium rocket without a rocket extension
Steps to reproduce this issue
1) Have a factory with no rocket extension 2) Equip turrent with siberium bomb

  • All extensions to factory, if required:


    • - Gun

    - Civil

    - Track

    - Siberium

    - Computer
