Issue description
Add support for plugins in dedicated server like in Terraria, minecraft etc.

There is nothing that could be modded only on the server. There is no server side/client side, everyone runs there own instance which is synced with the server.

I thinked plugins for automatic control etc.

I thinked automatic control of server. Like if I want buy VPS and here run OW dedicated and I want atomatic switch of map, remote control etc.

It would be possible to modify the dedicated server so that it can receive commands from other applications running on the same machine. I could make a companion application which you would give parameters that would be passed to the dedicated server as commands (So you would just run say "dediremote.exe game 2" to switch it to game 2).
