Issue description
In mission 15 on alliance side on hard mode russians are making their all tanks on heavy chassis. Americans do their tanks with rocket launchers on advanced chassis but they are making tanks with lasers on medium wheeled chassis (lol?). On hard mode they all should do their tanks on their best chassis not some crappy wheeled which can ba one shooted from heavy cannon.
