Issue description
When a client receives Ticks from the future (Because of packet loss) it will request the server for all ticks between the last tick it received and the servers current tick. If this is more than 1 second (50 Ticks) make the Server pause the game for 3 seconds to allow everyone to catch up.

This may help prevent sync loss.
