Issue description
Implement ping system (I mark a point on the map, and ring appears on the minimap for allies)?

In most RTS it Red - Attack Ping, Blue - Defend ping, yellou - Assist ping

but also we will be grateful for one type ping ring. but it must not have a color of predictions materialization (ie. pink and green)
