Issue description
During playing 2nd mission in Russian campaign I found a bug when capturing American breastworks. When capture any American breastwork, a dialogue with Platonov appear (the same dialogue as in the situation when you build Russian breastwork) and then the captured breastwork is removed immediately!
Steps to reproduce this issue
This issue appears every time when capture American breastwork in the 2nd mission of Russian campaign

Restricted the check to only Russian buildings.
