Issue description
During the initial cutscene within this mission, when Powell talks about his base the camera adjustment is way, way off.

It is OK when John uses a siberite powered morphing tank (as its faster) and camera centers better.

However, if he's given the medium tracked tank or even worse - he's on foot the camera will be centered way off the base and point to random places towards the end of the cutscene
