Issue description
In Alliance mission, RU13a, the russian scientists get executed by US soldiers if none of your man are in sight

Suggested fix is to set Cyan and Violet being friendly toward eachother

NOTE: Some code in the cutscene makes Macmillan and Burlak shoot each other - do not mess this up!

Steps to reproduce this issue
1) Play RU13a

2) Hide all your men so that Violet or Cyan cant see them

3) Listen
