Issue description
When you have mechanic in vehicle, and you set him tasks ingame for example drive on hex 20,20, and then exit vehicle (with shift held down), mechanic leave vehicle immediately.

We have suspicion on sleeping ammo, which was fixed few days back (if it has no side effects) (?).
Steps to reproduce this issue
Send unit in vehicle on some hex and add "exit vehicle" command with shift, mechanic leave right when command clicked.

Its most likely. I have modified the code to only ignore the check for unit commands when the unit is sleeping but it still need to do tests.

Fixed in Build 32. Sleep Ammo will cause the driver to exit vehicle (But only if it actually puts him to sleep) and you will still be able to queue up orders and have a unit exit a vehicle after they have completed their orders.
