			<title>#376 - Siberia - wrongly placed deposits and units etc.</title>
						<description><![CDATA[When you have a base level to max (so everyones base has a depot and 2 breastworks), extra oil and extra siberite, and morale flags:

- Right center position has a breastwork placed on one oil source

- Right center position has a morale flag too near to a siberite deposit, so you just can't build a mine here

- Bottom right position has a breastwork placed on one oil source

Note: Top right position has a tree on one oil source (the extra one), but that's okay because it's pretty adventageous position (also I think mapper is aware of this). So that's not the issue.

Another misunderstanding is in map settings files and description.
See this:

ListBox 5 "Additional Oil Deposits" count 2 items "Default" "Extra" default 0 "" "" 

ListBox 6 "Additional Siberite Deposits" count 3 items "None" "Default" "Extra" default 0 "" "" "" 

"Additional Oil Deposits" setting is fine. "Default" value means one oil per player, "Extra" two oils per player.
"Additional Siberite Deposits" description is bad. "Additional" sounds like there is already one siberite deposit, and you are choosing between adding another or not. But this setting actually does: "None" - no siberite at all, "Default" - 1 sib, "Extra" 2 sib.

So to fix this, '''change "Additional Siberite Deposits" to "Siberite Deposits"'''. Current description is misleading (I've been in a few games where the game had to be restarted because people thought there will be one sib). (Also, do this in Polish .wri too, since it is same as in English). All four .wri gamemodes contains this.

			<title>#73 - RU14 difficulty, legion assistance for resources and dialogue problem</title>
						<description><![CDATA[(First of I didn't know what to file this under but I guess it's probably suited under bugs? Either way I reckon this is something perhaps McBenn could look at since he said he was fixing the original campaigns.)

The first issue is regarding the difficulty, there really isn't much in terms of opposition and the difficulty options aren't that different. Here's the problem:

Adventurer difficulty has the Arabians coming at you with a small force of both human units (be it on foot or in vehicles) and remote controlled vehicles. After a while they will have trouble to continue attacking you because they don't have enough people to fill their manual vehicles, which in turn blocks their factory from producing remote vehicles. 

'''EDIT''': I also just noticed they have a few idle ape self propelled vehicles lying idle in their base, which don't even move after attacking them, they just sit there doing nothing and I think this also applies to the other difficulties.

Commander and Master Strategist difficulties has the Arabs sending a single Ape self propelled bomb trike every few minutes. Which is very easy to defend against and it makes the mission quite boring.

Is there any chance we could see this mission refined in terms of difficulty? It'd make the mission more enjoyable as it's quite dull at the moment.

As for Legion's request for resources in exchange for reinforcements, occasionally (and this happens very often) if you don't have the correct amount of resources Legion asks for, they will continue to drive around your Warehouse until you do. The problem with this however is that even when you do gather the correct amount, they will never take it, it seems that you must have the sufficient resources by the time they offer their assistance to you.

Now onto the dialogue, relatively minor but once Burlak enquires about the Behemoth he ask what the scientists thinks, if you have a female scientist, such as Kirilenkova/Kapitsova, she'll comment on it in a very squeaky manner. (The male version is fine)]]></description>

			<title>#208 - RU12 - Third medal no longer possible to obtain</title>
						<description><![CDATA[Third metal is no longer possible to obtain in this mission, this issue has been reported several times and still not resolved.

In 1.09 this problem was non existent, cant say for sure about leater releases.

Fix I've suggested is to either return to the earlier code OR change the criteria for obtaining this medal.

Criteria should be:


IF side(orange OR yellow OR white) turn hostile then
Medal = false


This is how it was in earlier releases and it worked just fine.

EDIT:
I am clueless as to what may cause it
1.09 and 1.10b also experiance this bug now but bare in mind I have 3 OW copies, 2.0.3.5 being the latest.

EDIT2:
The only way to obtain this medal now is to attack Bluekher directly with 3 soldiers and Gorky, without visiting anyone.]]></description>

			<title>#216 - RU15 - Missing story characters</title>
						<description><![CDATA[One of the main Russian Campaign characters is missing in this mission. And instead, a random character is provided.

Ilia I. Kovaliuk

He wasn't killed on the way there, none of my  characters were.

You first meet him in RU02.


There seems to be 3 random low level characters provided in this mission, so there may be more main story characters missing - I can't say for sure.

EDIT: I Know which 4 characters are missing in this mission (ones replaced by random ones).

Take into considerstaion there are 3 slots for characters, so far I found these 4 would fit in them (not present in mission):

			<title>#322 - [AM14a / RU14a] - Base capture time</title>
						<description><![CDATA[I remember doing this mission on 1.09 without problems.

Nowadays however the time restriction to capture the American base is very severe, like never before. You have about a minute to capture the american base else you're not awarded the medal (could be something to do with timing).

Game says you took ages to capture the base.

Without building a base with a single breastwork aiding in troop removal, you have no chance of gaining this medal.]]></description>

			<title>#329 - [RU12a] - Crazy difficulty level</title>
						<description><![CDATA[If you end up playing this mission for longer it becomes impossible to complete. Not to mention the horror of actually reaching your base first of all.

Bazooka operators spawning are the problem, I'll let the screenshots do the talk. 

Everysingle one of them spawned is at level 10 with high armour. Scientists die even before their sides are swapped from Violet to Green.

Suggested fix is to limit amount spawned to 5 at maximum, even for Master Strategist level this is near impossible to complete.

Tank spawn is not a problem, it is easily manageable, but this shit shouldn't be happening.

			<title>#337 - Cutscene not completing during RU11</title>
						<description><![CDATA[This cutscene is long, it begins after the player completes the 2 vehicles requested to make an way through the middle. During the cutscene first an path to attack gets opened through the forest, then the russians attack the us fortifications only to fail spectacularly, 

At some point the remaining alive begin to retreat, some of the drivers exit their vehicles during this retreat. The camera did focus on the driverless vehicles that remaint in the field burning, waited a while for one to burn down then focuses another, when no vehicle left to blow up focuses on the last vehicle that remaint it's health in yellow condition(recognizable by the smoke puffs)that was near player's base and remains forever stuck there as it cannot burn down. Instead ending or invoking an dialogue, nothing happens past that point.

This happened 2 times and did not manage to pass it, yet.]]></description>

			<title>#360 - McMillan talking to himself in Am09</title>
						<description><![CDATA[If McMillan discovers siberite detection in am09, (at least if he is in the lab as a scientist) he will explain the new technology to himself.

I think this happens in all languages, I've played it both Spanish and English.


PD: I also wanted to report a small typo in the first mission (am01) in Spanish: In the medal screen, the medal for "Cyrus Parker saved" in Spanish says "Cyrus '''Parkera''' a salvo" but it should be "Cyrus '''Parker''' a salvo". It's so small that I wouldn't call it a bug.]]></description>

			<title>#372 - Bugs in AM 11, AM 13, AM 14 and AM 15</title>

In AM 13: 10 seconds after the start of the mission the Hugh and Macmillan start talking as if they dropped the test siberite bomb and the mark where Hugh wants to go is highlighted. It doesn't affect the mission that much, but it's there.

In AM 14: after you destroy the russian vehicle with cargo bay, they don't build new one and the engineers are lagging when they go for the crates...or in the other words they go for the crates, they stop, they go back without it, they stop, they go for the crates again. So you can basically avoid dealing with their attacks since they run out of crates.

In AM 15: the alliance side doesn't surrender even after they are all killed.]]></description>

			<title>#291 - [MULTIPLAYER] - New game mode</title>
						<description><![CDATA[Thought of a new multiplayer game mode to make use of previously redundant maps, eg. those with ape hunt modes and tank collection. (Nobody plays that).


* Basically, as for all game modes add an option to select crew size and experiance
* Map will have random crate spawn algorithms (totally random, no base spawns).
* Most interesting of all, Oil/Siberium deposits will have options as always: standard / extra BUT they will be spawned totally randomly on the map and On the terrains that permit building (eg. make an area on map in OW editor which will be suitable to spawn sources on, MAKE sure they spawn some distance from eachother, eg 50 hexes)
* Crew spawn location will be totally random as well, but again make sure they spawn some distance away from other players.

Best maps for game mode: 
* Football
* Rocky Land
* Wilderness
* Siberia (Upcoming map)


Easily extended:
* Babylon
* Bastard Pass (requires start bases to be removed, plus some additional trees in old base areas, Some work but will be great if done)
* Flags (Would be a great map for mode, a script would be required that would generate some random trees for this mode as map is too empty)
* ForestLand (requires extra trees in corners, and some random spots without trees (script removed), possibly the hardest map)
* Four to win
* The Abbys
* Highlands (Some extra vegetation in position areas)

Non-applicable:
* Alien base
* Bloody Valley
* Party
* River Of the Lost Souls
* Stonehenge
* Table Mountain

Those maps are too generic or too small to make this work 


I'd like to see this mode on Flags myself, if a script was made to spawn some trees randomly, it would make the game far more diverse than it already is.
Combine that with tech restrictions, and OW would get a whole new face to Multiplayer


A lot to ask but the most challenging part would be initially to randomize source spawning

If this mode was extended tree spawn algorithm would be another challenge, but that would give a completely new experiance

Note: River of the lost souls had this kind of reinforcements spwaning, the starting crew can be spawned this way, for an effect; with a 5s delay or so.
Algorithm can be used from that map]]></description>

- Deathmatch with reinforcements (just like on Bastard Pass map where reinforcements can be triggered on or off)

Note: make this exactly the same game type as Bastard Pass but do not delete the apes

For this to be a successful enchantment the goal posts on the new game mode would have to be removed

Another enchantment on this mode would be to allow the teleports to be disabled (or removed)

			<title>#292 - [MULTIPLAYER] - Technology restriction corrections</title>
						<description><![CDATA[Tested this addition to OW comprehensively on all levels, makes an excellent addition however some maps would require correcting to accomodate this new setting to multiplayer.

I'm speaking of maps which come with pre-built bases; they can provide you with buildings not available within the actual game mode.
To make this work completely well would require too much work and is not worth it.

Maps that require fixing:
* Bastard pass
* River of the lost souls
* Abyss
* Football

Thing that needs done:
If a Lab extension is not available in certain selected technology level; Don't build it but leave a basic bridge extension


Things like factory, or power plant or bunker would not make much difference anyways, its the labs that matter. My advice - don't touch them (eg. having a factory and power plant in basic tech level would not make much difference since most you could make is tanks with machine guns).
Leaving them intact would make them a more likely target for the players as well since they could not be rebuilt.
