Issue description
Add a feature to correctly display windowed mode, the same as on Direct Draw.

Taking a case where for example desktop resolution is 1920x1080 and OW at 1024x768: Direct Draw will window the game whilst keeping 1920x1080 desktop resolution.

Issue is that OGL refuses windowed mode (yes I know game is windowed itself). Minimizing is also not very useful since desktop will set its resolution from 1920x1080 to 1024x768.

What are you talking about. OpenGL works exactly like DirectDraw. It has both Fullscreen (Which is a fullscreen window as you say) and Window which is a normal window (Where the desktop resolution does not change).

If your talking about Switching between Fullscreen and Window using keyboard keys (Which is a different issue) then the OpenGL version doesn't support it.

OGL (currently SGUI) is already in windowed (bordeless)
