Issue description
Add unicode encoding support for OW. Currently, you're able to type in say non standard characters i.e. cyrylic in your player-name box and chat box, sending the message or saving the nickname results in the non standard character being replaced with a question mark (?).

SGUI support latins characters with many special (near to all), cyrilic and greek alphabet.
