Issue description
I mean cinematic before choosing between Alliance and staying with Russians. In DD, only sound works - any video or text simply doesn't show on screen, but I still can choose despite of the fact I can't see anything. In OGL, dialogues don't work - rest is fine. 2.0.1.1.
Steps to reproduce this issue
In game, launch cinematic which allows to choose between Alliance and Russians.

Not only Ru12 cinematic doesn't work - all of them don't. Same way - voice in OGL, view in DD. In American campaign everything is fine.
