Issue description
When I allow my men to have a break, none of them leaves the area (one of them simply stays in the base, other walks around starting area). Furthermore, none of them comes back (so they are out of control for the rest of the mission). On the plus side, they're ignored by the Americans.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Simply allow them to have a vacation.
